Please be aware that online orders are not processed over the weekends or public holidays. Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email address. You can refer to this tracking number to follow the whereabouts of your parcel.
Please note, due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, parcels may experience some delays within the delivery network, with orders taking longer than usual to be picked, packed and delivered to you. Your order is our top priority and will be en route at the earliest possible opportunity.
All international orders are delivered through DHL Express, these parcels are signature on delivery. In the event where a parcel is not claimed or is refused by the receiver, DHL will attempt to re-deliver. If DHL and/or our team is unable to arrange a re-delivery by DHL's cut-off time, the parcel will be destroyed and abandoned by authorities in the receiver's country. There will be no refunds for parcels that are not claimed or refused.
If the receiver gives the courier a signature release AJE is not held liable in the event the parcel goes missing or is stolen, regrettably, AJE will not be able to refund or resend the parcel in this instance. Should your parcel become lost in transit or you believe it is mis-delivered please contact customer care immediately.
Taxes are calculated at checkout and due to pay with order. Some orders may incur addition duties fees, if the total value of an order surpasses a certain value, which is determined by location. This fee is not covered by AJE or reimbursable to receiver in the case where an item/s are returned. We do not currently ship orders to PO or APO boxes through international postage at this time.

DUTIES AND TAXES
Orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) basis, which means you will not have to pay additional fees when your order arrives in your country. Taxes and duties are calculated based on the items ordered, your shipment destination, and the value of your purchase. These are added to your order total in the checkout.This charge is determined by your local customs authority and includes;1. The Sales Tax applied by your country for purchases from Australia; and2. Duties charged for processing by your country. Aje does not refund prepaid tax and duties paid at the time of checkout.
Please note some items, including natural materials such as pearls and mother of pearl from Aje Adorn, may be subject to import regulations and restrictions in your country. Please confirm with your local customs authority prior to purchase. Any shipments rejected by customs on arrival due to natural materials unable to be imported to your country will be returned to Aje at the customer's expense.
We reserve the right to place temporary hold to or cancel your order in the event we have reasonable grounds to believe it is fraudulent. In such circumstances we will attempt to contact you, using the email address you provided at the time of booking and may request you to either provide further proof of identify before issuing your order. In the event we are not able to contact you or the information provided does not meet our minimum identification requirements, we may cancel your order with no liability whatsoever.
CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER/CANCELLATIONS

All purchase receipts are sent to your email once your order has been processed and paid for. We will also send you a shipment confirmation once your order has been shipped, this will contain a tracking number which can be used to track the journey of your purchase. Please contact us immediately if you have not received your order confirmation or shipping confirmation emails within 72 hours of purchase, should you purchase over public holidays or weekends your confirmation will be sent on the next business day.
