Online Returns Policy

This policy applies to all purchases made online at ajeathletica.com,

Please note, unfortunately we cannot accept returns from other stores or online stores that stock AJE ATHLETICA, as we operate as separate entities.

CONDITIONS OF RETURN

Please ensure the below conditions are met, before submitting your return request:

• The item/s were purchased from AJE ATHLETICA Online.
• The item/s are in their original conditions: Unworn, not altered and/or washed.
• All tags are still attached.
• Your order will be returned to us within fourteen (14) days from your delivery date.

Any items that do not meet these criteria will not be valid for any return. Any items returned to AJE ATHLETICA without approval will be returned at the customers' expense.

Please note: We monitor the number of returns made by customers and continued returns in breach of our terms and conditions will be flagged and may, at our discretion, lead to future orders being refused and cancelled

FULL PRICE ITEMS
Items that have been purchased at full price or by pre-order are eligible for a refund to the original payment method or store credit. If the original payment method was a gift voucher or store credit, a new voucher will be issued.

TEMPORARY PROMOTION
Full price items included in a temporary promotion are eligible to be returned for a store credit. Discounts received at the time of purchase will be carried over to the refund.

FINAL SALE
Items marked as FINAL SALE are priced to clear, and are not eligible to be returned unless the product is not of acceptable quality, is not fit for purpose or is different from its description as required by Australian Consumer Law. We kindly ask you to consider this before committing to a purchase.

Please note, sale markdowns cannot be retrospectively applied to previous orders.

If you have any concerns in regards to an order or have received a faulty item, please email customerservice@ajeworld.com with your order details and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

EXCHANGES

Sadly, we cannot facilitate exchanges via our website for AJE ATHLETICA. We invite you to visit your local AJE ATHLETICA store. Should they have the item available, you are able to process an exchange in store with us. Alternatively, we invite you to send your item back for a credit note so you are able to place a new order.

SHOES


Please try on shoes on soft surfaces before wearing them. We will not accept shoes with sole markings or scratches. Ensure shoes are returned with their original packaging.

GIFT VOUCHERS

Gift vouchers may not be returned and are non-refundable.

FAULTY RETURNS

We hope you never receive a faulty item and are apologetic and understand this is a disappointing shopping experience. If something you have received is not in perfect condition, please email your order number, images of the fault and a small description to info@ajeathletica.com.au.

Returning your items online is super easy. Just follow our steps below.

Add your order number and email address, click ‘Create a Return’.

STEP 4

Fill in our returns form including the return type, quantity of items you are returning and return reason. Please note that sale and full price returns must be submitted separately.

Once you receive your email notification either post your item back to us or return it in store. If your return has been denied please feel free to contact us at info@ajeathletica.com.au

STEP 6

Once your item has been received and processed by our team you will receive email notification of your e-boutique credit or refund. Please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed by our team. 

Where To Return

Once you have submitted your return online, there are a few different ways you can send your return back to us. You can post it back to our warehouse or you can visit your nearest Aje Boutique and return your item instore.

After submitting a return request, you will receive an email confirmation with a Return Shipping Label for your parcel. The Return Shipping Label cost of $25 will be deducted from your refund or store credit value. 

Aje is not liable for the loss or damage of garments in return transit. Please use a traceable delivery method and keep record of your tracking number.
